Job Description
· Building rapport with clients and potential advertisers
· Diversify clients by expanding their advertising portfolio
· Research and watch market trends
· Attending networking events (Social/Mixers/etc.)
· Meet/Exceed Sales Goal using (inside/outside sales techniques)
· Assist/Develop "creative" to be utilize as a successful selling tool/resource
· Be apart of the team in any capacity possible

Skills
Candidate must possess excellent communications skills, inside & outsides sales experience, self-motivated & energetic, understand the means of social media (facebook/twitter/microsite/internet savay) and the drive in learning new techniques of advertising & digital marketing/management.

o Intermediate level of Apple products andcomputer skills.
o Extremely confident with making calls (cold calls/existing clients)
o Comfortable with the LGBT community
o Required to speak English
o Ability & Willingness to be trained
o High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.

Employment Status
FT/PT, Hourly/Salaried with Commission.
